Q:  Do you ship to my country?

A:  We have a FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for orders above €120, so as long as your country is on planet earth we will deliver your package. If not we're very sorry. You might try again in a few years time though. 


Q:  What payment options and currencies do you accept?

A:  We accept all major currencies and payment can be done with any card of your choice or through PAYPAL.


Q:  Do you have a return policy?

A:  Yes we do.  We accept Returns & Exchanges for non-personalised items, and if for any reason you would like to return or exchange a purchased item,  you can do so by sending us a quick email of your request, and send the item back within 14 DAYS of delivery. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS IS PAID BY THE BUYER. 

As soon as we receive the item, we will refund the full amount of the original order, minus shipping. The returned item has to be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION.

Q:  Do you supply wholesale?
